Welcome to Clarion Call Zambia, where music, faith, and compassion unite to create a harmonious world of hope and love.

The clarion call works with so many other people to push the work of God forward and is so passionate about the social and charity work. Being mothers and career women, our role is to inspire every young girl out there that she can be anything that she dreams of in life as long as she stays focused and obedient to Gods word.

In its earlier formation the group comprised of only 7 members who were /are  Nkazana Mudenda, Ronice Mwiinde , Gloria Manchisi, Hellen Chaile, Jane Kamanga, Nhimunya  and Esther Chaile .

After a few year of singing together, 3 members namely Ronice, Nkazana and Gloria left the group/ town due to work.

From inception the group agreed to have 6 singing members. In 2017, After the 3 had left, we recruited 2 more members who are Tracy Given Mbulwe and Fridah Hamusankwa Leyamin.

Again the group sat and re-looked at the agreement of having only six members singing and realized that it was not really helping the group because it was not always the case that the 6 would meet to sing as others either fell pregnant and others left town to go and work in other towns. We then agreed to recruit 3 more members to make for each voice and so we recruited Martha in 2020 on contra Alto section, Esther Mwenya 2022 on alto and Chitalu Nkandu 2023 on soprano so that every performance has 6 singers standing all the. In total the group has 9 members currently.

The clarion call also has its current chaplain who is the church Pastor and his name is Pastor Chimba  Kalima,  the  Matron is Ms. Clara Yamba,  and associate music director Mr.  Elias Chola Kalumba.

The group has recorded an 11 truck album under the leadership of the former and past Manager Mr.  Nchimunya Hachandi.

The group is very much blessed to some have some amazing composers that have written and arranged music for the clarion call over the years.

In September, 2019 the group released is first ever album entitled Mwebaliinga Aamlumbo and was directed by the principle director Ms. Esther Chaile and the associate music directors Elias Chola and Harry Banda. Mweballinga Amalumbo was composed by  Mr , Museli chibenga of Solwezi.

Nalyumfwako was composed by Kelvin Mumba, Bayawe was composed by veteran musician Elder Lilent Hamukali and some notable songs such as Glorify, gathered in his hands, shilapila, holy and hallowed were composed and arranged by a very talented and seasoned composer Mr Elias  Chola Kalumba.

In the same year 2019, the clarion call adopted an orphanage called mama Walusa in Chimwemwe Kitwe that is run by Mama Mary who houses 57 children. Part of our proceeds from our album launch were channeled to the orphanage .The clarion call sponsors children that are in senior secondary classes and also those in college from the same orphanage.

In 2021, the group released a single track entitled Twikatane . the song was composed and arranged by Elias Chola Kalumba and was directed by Esther Chaile , Harry Banda and Elias Chola Kalumba .  In this track we  featured Mr Paddy Mukando from the Heritage brothers.

In 2022, we released another single track entitled Ichipata . This song was arranged by the Clarion call and was produced by Mr Sebastian Mutale and directed Esther Chaile and Elias Chola Kalumba.

The group has travelled around the country and has served before the former head of State Dr Edgar Chagwa Lungu at an event that was organized by the Copperbelt Zambia Conference and the Northern Zambia Union.

 on 1^st July, 2023 The group had the opportunity to minister at the Charity foundation concert organized by the school of hope at Aurburn city church in Seattle Washington state in the united states of America.

Currently the group is working on its second album and on this here we also have amazing composers like Daniel Mukonka, Alwyn Njoloma, Elias Kalumba and  Lilent Hamukali  fondly known as uncle Hams 

Finally, all these activities we do are for God and God alone. We owe it all to God for the great work that he is doing in us and through us to spread the gospel.
